and is occasionally subject to changes.

May we also remind you of the importance of advising us
sufficiently well in advance of your intentions regarding
attending these fairs to enable us to provide enough
vehicles and personnel to assume a correct service.

In the unlikely event of insufficient clients having 
registered their intention to attend any of the fairs 
listed above, Alan Franklin Transport Ltd.
reserve the right to withdraw their service at a particular
venue. In such a case, every effort will be made to advise
those clients who have registered for a specific fair of 
our decision at least 48 hours prior to the advertised fair 
date.

Any client who travels to one of the fairs listed above 
without having previous registered with us and finds that 
we are not present as per the paragraph above, or because 
of a change in date or cancellation by the organiser does 
so at their own expense.
